  
John McDaniel 's John,Joel,Manilow is #1! Phantom/Les Mis takes #2 spot... Coldplay And More takes 3rd!
PianoDisc has made the final tally of its music software sales (excluding Christmas discs) and has compiled it's Top 40 Sellers for 2007! (See below). Topping the list is "Artist Series: John McDaniel Plays John, Joel & Manilow", with second place going to "Selections From 'Phantom of the Opera' and 'Les Miserables'" and third place to "Coldplay And More".
"With discs in every category, the Top 40 list clearly reflects the broad musical tastes of our owners," commented PianoDisc's Director of Music, Jan Glazier, "but there's a definite nod to Popular as the favorite category this past year, with 14 Pop discs on the list and five landing in the top 10! This is a very good sign as we prepare to release four new discs in this category! 'Elton John Songbook', 'Paul McCartney Songbook', 'John Denver Songbook' and 'Favorite R&B Vocals' are all slated for release in the next few weeks." "Not only does the Top 40 Sellers list help us determine what kind of music our customers like best, but it's a great tool for PianoDisc owners, too," Glazier continued. "It introduces them to discs they might not have been aware of, much like Billboard's Top 40 does for CDs."
